Consultant Referral Program
In order to be competitive and efficient we're always looking for new and qualified computer professionals. In the process you can earn $500when the following criteria have been met:

 

• Thinksoft employee must be employed at time of referral and time of payments.
• Referred applicant must be Thinksoft employee at time of payments.

 

When your referral is hired and completes over 300 hours you will receive your bonus. If the candidate is overseas, you will earn a $500 bonus after the consultant is assigned to the project and has worked 300 hours.

 

Project Referral Program

When you provide information on new projects for direct end clients or third party consulting companies, an account manager will follow up immediately. Should a project or consulting assignment be awarded within 30 days of your referral, you will earn a bonus according to the project.
